Job summary

Norman’s Gift Shops, Inc. in Moosic, PA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to help guests choose thoughtful gifts and provide a memorable shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage the register, and support store operations on a flexible schedule.

The role emphasizes caring customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork; you will interact with guests, enroll Crown Rewards, restock displays, and contribute to achieving store goals while upholding Norman’s welcoming brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong aptitude for basic math functions including percentages and general arithmetic.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; lift up to 40 pounds; occasional bending and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store.
• Meet Crown Rewards enrollment goals consistently.
• Learn and be proficient with our register system for accurate cash handling.
• Learn product knowledge and use selling skills to drive sales.
• Maintain and restock displays as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
