Job summary

Norman’s Gift Shops, Inc. in Easton, PA (Palmer Park Mall) is hiring a Part Time Sales Associate to deliver a caring, customer-first experience. You will assist customers, enroll them in Crown Rewards, handle the POS, restock displays, and learn product knowledge to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong basic math skills including percentages and general arithmetic.
• Ability to continuously stand/walk; lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring customer service and drive retail sales.
• Enroll customers in Crown Rewards program.
• Operate cash register accurately.
• Learn product knowledge and upsell to customers.
• Restock displays and maintain merchandising.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
