POSITION SUMMARY

Sales Associates are brand ambassadors responsible for creating an emotional connection between our customers and the brand. They consistently exceed expectations, provide exceptional service, and display passion for our brand. Sales Associates are part of a team focused on delivering top line sales results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience

  1. Greets and offers assistance to every customer; focuses on customer engagement and suggestive selling to drive UPT and conversion.
  2. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to help explain value and build brand loyalty.
  3. Prioritizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and always places our customer first; asks our customers for feedback and conveys business opportunities to management.

Commitment to Efficiency

  1. Executes processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards.
  2. Upholds backstock organization and adheres to all company tools, policies, and procedures.
  3. Maintains awareness of potential theft and reports concerns to management.

Associate Morale

  1. Demonstrates a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and our customers; treats customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
  2. Celebrates and embraces individuality, inclusion, and partnership; builds relationships and seeks out feedback for continuous self-development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Prior retail experience preferred.
  2. High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
  3. Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  4. Excellent communication and time management skills.
  5. Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.

Pay Range: $16.85 - $18.85

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions on job advertisements in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to qualifications, geographic location, and other relevant skills.
