Sales Associates are brand ambassadors responsible for creating emotional connections with customers, exceeding expectations, providing exceptional service, and demonstrating passion for our brand. They work as part of a team focused on delivering top-line sales results.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Greet and assist every customer, focusing on engagement and suggestive selling to increase units per transaction (UPT) and conversion rates.
• Maintain in-depth product and promotion knowledge to explain value and foster brand loyalty.
• Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience, seek feedback, and communicate business opportunities to management.

Commitment to Efficiency

• Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual directives per brand standards.
• Maintain backstock organization, adhere to company policies, and report concerns about theft.

Associate Morale

• Show pride, commitment, and passion for the brand; treat customers and colleagues professionally and respectfully.
• Embrace individuality, inclusion, and partnership; build relationships and seek feedback for self-improvement.
• Support innovation and company initiatives; collaborate to achieve brand goals.

Qualifications

Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.17
