Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a part-time Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Fashion Valley in San Diego to deliver inspirational retail experiences for LEGO fans of all ages. You will greet guests, manage register transactions, and maintain product displays in a vibrant store setting.

Ideal candidates are energetic, enthusiastic, and able to work up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. The role follows LEGO Brand Retail standards with a hybrid policy for workplace

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Process information/merchandise through the register system
  • Work various hours, days,nightsand weekends as business decides
  • Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area
  • Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching,grabbingand standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
  • Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Availability must span at least three days. Being scheduled for 25 hours is notrequired.

The hourly wage for the position has a range of$19.50 to $20.50based onanticipatedresponsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills,expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerationspermittedby law. The comprehensiveremunerationdetails,inclusive ofany benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $19.50 - $21.50 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
