Orangetheory Fitness in Riverton, UT is seeking a Sales Associate who will become the first face our members meet, delivering an exceptional initial impression and guiding prospects toward the membership that fits their goals.

You will build real relationships, share the Orangetheory story, and drive membership growth while providing outstanding service in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Membership Sales: Present membership options, communicate value, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Manage Leads and Follow-Up: Reach out to prospective members via calls, texts, emails to book introductory classes.
• Convert Guests into Members: Assess fitness goals and suggest best-fit memberships.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Welcome members with enthusiasm and hospitality.
• Build Community Relationships: Engage in local outreach, referrals, promotions, and studio events.
• Support Member Retention: Develop relationships with current members and foster a welcoming studio.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Work toward individual and studio targets while maintaining customer service quality.
• Support Studio Operations: Assist with front-desk tasks and keep the studio clean and organized.

• Support Studio Operations: Assist with front-desk responsibilities and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
