Job Summary

The main duties of Part Time Sales Associates are to greet and assist guests in their selection and purchase of merchandise. This opportunity is at our Westgate Mall location in Amarillo, TX.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Demonstrate effective guest service skills and resolve guest issues effectively.
2. Enter guest data and sales data into POS (sales, returns, special orders, engraving, repairs) accurately and obtain signatures.
3. Present jewelry to guests and replace items after sale.
4. Repair, polish, or solder jewelry (if over 18).
5. Utilize GUESTS program when interacting with guests and handling guest jewelry.
6. Provide knowledgeable product information using in-store tools/training.
7. Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
8. Achieve individual Key Performance Metrics.
9. Assist management in achieving store KPIs and maintaining store presentation standards.
10. Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
11. Attend all required meetings.
12. Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
13. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
