Oxford Industries’s Lilly Pulitzer brand is seeking a seasonal part-time Sales Associate to assist clientele and support store operations. You will understand the brand concept, deliver exceptional service, and build client relationships in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

The role is in-store at Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays due to seasonality.

Competenze

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
• Be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.

This position is classified as a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position.

This position is based In-Store at our Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location.

Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values.
