Job Summary

Provide a fun and memorable shopping experience at Journeys by assisting with store operations and achieving sales goals and performance standards.

Essential Job Functions

1. Meet and exceed sales goals and performance standards
2. Follow all operation and loss prevention procedures accurately
3. Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization
4. Communicate store needs effectively to management
5. Stay informed of current fashion trends
6. Complete all point of sale functions as required
7. Complete assigned tasks promptly
8. Provide excellent customer service
9. Complete all required training
10. Demonstrate and embody Journeys' culture

Job Requirements

1. Prior retail sales experience preferred
2. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
4. Desire to succeed in retail
5. Willingness to learn
6. Availability for night and weekend shifts
7. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
8. Must be at least 16 years old
