Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at the Oklahoma City location. This role focuses on helping customers look and feel their best, delivering friendly service, and supporting in-store operations.

If you love connecting with people and have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you! A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required, and prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Greet and assist customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience
• Educate clients on tanning & wellness services, membership packages, and skincare products
• Drive sales by recommending upgrades, add-ons, and retail products
• Process membership sign-ups, transactions, and account updates accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Open and close the salon, following all operational procedures
