Minis in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales with personalized recommendations. You will greet customers, answer questions, operate the POS, stock shelves, and participate in promotions while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You will promote the store’s membership program, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure accurate transaction processing.

Essential Job Functions

• Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs: Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events to support overall business objectives.
