Job summary

Rhone is seeking a Sales Associate for Derby Street Shops in Hingham, MA. You will ensure every customer has a positive and comfortable experience while representing Rhone’s core principles.

You will build relationships with customers and team members, educate guests on features and benefits, and support all areas of the selling floor, including fitting rooms and the POS. This role requires flexibility to evenings, weekends and holidays.

About The Role

The Sales Associate will work on the frontlines ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. The Sales Associate will be an ambassador of Rhone and a representation of its principles (Gritty, Responsible, Excellent, Authentic, and Team Centered). They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset
• Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners
• Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits
• Assess the customer’s individual needs providing product recommendations
• Support all areas of the selling floor including fitting rooms and point of sale
• Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks
• Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas
• Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers

Job Requirements

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 2 4-hour shifts weekly
• Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Reports to: Store Manager
• The pay rate for this position is $17 - $22 per hour
