Job summary

Malbon boutique in Houston, TX is seeking Sales Associates to deliver elevated customer experiences and foster connections on the sales floor. You will support store operations, merchandising, and drive sales while reflecting Malbon's culture.

This part-time, in-store role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays. Stay current on golf culture and style trends, representing Malbon as a brand champion with a customer-first mindset.

About the Role

We’re looking for Sales Associates to join our Malbon boutique in Houston, TX!

As the face of the brand on the sales floor, you’ll deliver elevated customer experiences, foster meaningful connections, and bring Malbon’s mission to life in every interaction. You’ll support store operations, assist with merchandising and inventory, and help drive sales while creating an environment that’s welcoming, inspiring, and reflective of our culture.

This is a part-time, in-store role with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Provide a best-in-class customer experience, anticipating needs and building authentic relationships.
• Drive sales results by engaging customers, delivering expert product knowledge, and using effective selling techniques.
• Support store operations including opening/closing responsibilities, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Stay current on product knowledge, golf culture, and style trends to inspire and educate customers.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet sales goals and maintain high store standards.
• Represent Malbon as a brand champion inside and outside the store.

What You’ll Bring

• Passion for golf with a strong understanding of both the sport and its intersection with culture, fashion, and community.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Active floor presence, including the ability to stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $17.00/hr – $19.00/hr , based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
