Journeys at Polaris Fashion Place in Columbus, OH is seeking energetic team members to provide a fun, full-service shopping experience. You’ll help customers find the right footwear and apparel while promoting the brand’s culture of self-expression and community.

The role offers rapid promotion opportunities, a supportive team, and a competitive compensation package that includes base pay, commissions, and bonuses. Must be at least 16 and able to work nights and weekends.

JOB SUMMARY

To provide a fun and memorable shopping experience at Journeys while assisting with basic store operations and achieving store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
