The Role

The Part-Time Sales Associate will be a passionate Pandora fan responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, surpassing sales goals, and engaging with customers to inspire and educate them about our jewelry.

Responsibilities

1. Build genuine connections with customers to exceed individual and store sales goals.
2. Display passion for the brand and serve as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
3. Create memorable shopping experiences through product knowledge and brand storytelling.
4. Foster lasting customer relationships beyond transactions.
5. Maintain merchandising and operational standards.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance sales environment.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to connect with people at all levels and charm an audience.
4. Minimum age of 18 years with proof of identity and work eligibility.
5. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
