You will maintain displays, assist with transactions, stock management, and participate in promotions, working a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Perform inventory tasks including restocking and organization.

• Participate in promotions and sales events to support business goals.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas safely.
• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts and travel as necessary.

Essential Job Functions

• Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once
• Anticipate and fulfill customer needs: Utilize product knowledge to assess customer preferences, answer questions, guide them to relevant merchandise, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques while staying knowledgeable about product availability
• Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards by keeping product displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Execute inventory management tasks including restocking and product organization.
• Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to effectively recommend and sell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment.
