Position: Part Time Sales Ambassador

Weekly: 20-29 hours

Sales Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. They cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to shop excellence in sales and operations. On the shop floor, they surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive environment that encourages repeat visits.

Put yourself in the customer's shoes to understand what makes their day. Offer personalized product recommendations and share your expertise to create memorable experiences for every shopper.

Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Experience
  • Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and contribute to the store’s overall sales growth.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class experience by connecting with customers, listening attentively, and demonstrating product benefits. Aim to make each customer’s day and leave the store better than you found it.
  • Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including Fighting Animal Testing, Ethical Buying, and others. Promote community engagement through store events and initiatives to attract traffic and inspire others.
  • Product Passion: Continuously expand your product knowledge through ongoing learning to confidently recommend products tailored to customer needs.
Team Involvement
  • Development: Use available resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge. Seek feedback and opportunities for growth.
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Foster open communication, listen to team members’ perspectives, and promote a sense of belonging and collaboration.
Operational Excellence
  • Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and engaged. Participate actively in team activities and stay informed about company updates.
  • Visuals and Merchandising: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance shopping experiences.
  • Stock and Inventory: Adjust product displays based on sales data to improve customer engagement.
  • Policies and Procedures: Follow standards for store opening/closing, product integrity, workplace respect, and safety.
Qualifications
Required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethics
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
  • Experience with consultation-based service
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork experience
  • Experience in skincare or cosmetics
  • Cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB training
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages

Maine Mall Pay: $16 — $16 USD
