Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Willing to learn technology such as cash registers and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn procedures through on-the-job training.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management about restocking and customer feedback.
• Support team and company goals to maintain a positive work environment.
• Operate cash register frequently.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and ascend/descend ladders as needed.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
