Job summary

Menards Inc. is hiring a part-time Sales Team Member to enhance the customer shopping experience. You will greet customers, help them locate products for their projects, and keep aisles merchandised and ready for customers.

The role offers on-the-job training, a store discount, and profit sharing. An extra $3 per hour is paid on Saturdays and Sundays to eligible team members, with daily opportunities to earn compliments of a friendly, dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to greet customers and assist with product selection.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Maintain store merchandise and signage to reflect current promotions.
• Provide friendly, efficient checkout and service to all guests.
