Job summary

Menards Inc. is hiring part-time Sales Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service in our Pekin, Illinois store. You will greet customers, help them find products, and keep shelves merchandised and ready for shopping throughout the day.

Expected duties include assisting customers with questions, offering product recommendations, and maintaining a clean, organized store while contributing to a positive, energetic team atmosphere. Immediate openings available!

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store; understand their needs and help them locate products.
• Keep shelves and displays well merchandised and stocked; maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide product information, upsell where appropriate, and support store operations.
