Job summary

Chico’s in Richmond, VA is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that mirrors our culture of hospitality. You will engage customers with product knowledge and create authentic connections for a personalized shopping experience.

You will support merchandising, inventory, and store organization while delivering exceptional service. Flexible availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays to meet store needs.
