Base pay range

$29.00/hr - $34.00/hr

Position Overview: Now hiring for a Part-Time RN Supervisor for an Every Weekend schedule:

Week 1: Sunday Day, Monday Evening, Saturday Day
Week 2: Sunday Day, Friday Evening, Saturday Day

Competitive shift differentials available!

$2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.

Essential Job Functions:

Lead by example in problem-solving and daily operations as a professional role model.
Assist with Resident assessments and make rounds as needed.
Coordinate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and pharmacies.
Provide leadership to household nurses and nurse aides.
Maintain household census sheets.
Assist with staff education and training as appropriate.
Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:

Current NYS Registered Nurse license required.
Supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications:

Available for every other weekend and holiday shifts.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to perform essential job functions (reasonable accommodations may apply).
Must function independently, with flexibility and personal integrity, and work effectively with residents, staff, visitors, and other personnel.
