Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LVNs and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and facility policies.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort and well-being.
