Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. This role involves coordination with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan and evaluate care across all phases of health maintenance and treatment.

The position requires an RN license and a nationally accredited nursing program background. A multistate licensure (NLC) is acceptable; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current licensure in/state of practice or multistate licensure (NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate resident assessment, education and care interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
