Henderson Community Hospital is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to oversee nursing care on their tour of duty. Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing activities of staff including LPNs, CNAs and NAs.
• Assesses patients and gives indicated nursing care.
• Accurately records and reports patients' symptoms, reaction and progress.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and respects individual background.
• Plans care needs for each patient and coordinates transfers between levels.
• Participates in in-service programs and follows facility policies.
• Ensures effective communication with patients, families and team.
