Job summary

Milan Laser seeks a licensed RN to join its Salt Lake City area clinic for laser hair removal treatments. You will ensure safety, perform procedures, educate clients, and maintain accurate medical records in a patient-centered setting.

The role offers a stable part-time schedule (19 hours/week, two days) with team support, ongoing training, and benefits such as a 401k, liability insurance, CEU reimbursement, scrubs allowance, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current RegisteredNurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction
