Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-time RN to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will work alongside Dr. Phelps and our skilled clinical staff to deliver high-quality aesthetic services with a focus on patient safety. Your primary focus will be on non-surgical cosmetic treatments, patient assessments, and post-treatment care, ensuring each patient receives exceptional outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate patient goals and review medical history
2. Collaborate with Dr. Phelps and the team to develop personalized treatment plans
3. Educate pre- and post-treatment care instructions, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
4. Inform patients about available treatment options, skincare products, and best practices
5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
6. Provide IV therapy and infusion services with Tepezza (we will train you on this)

Perform or assist with a variety of aesthetic treatments:

• neuromodulators
• biostimulators
• dermal fillers
• laser therapies
• chemical peels
• RF microneedling (Morpheus 8)
• Sofwave
• PRP
• other skin rejuvenation procedures

Qualifications

1. Active RN or equivalent license in good standing (required)
2. Previous experience in a plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical aesthetic setting strongly preferred
3. Skilled in administering injectables (e.g., neuromodulators, biostimulators, dermal fillers, etc.), laser devices, and other aesthetic procedures. We can train on our specific devices.
4. Must be comfortable setting up an IV and doing neuromodulator injections.
5. Passion for delivering superior patient care with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
