Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assigns and directs Certified Nursing Assistants on shifts and participates in evaluations.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered; monitors for adverse reactions.
• Maintains unit records and coordinates care with dietary and diagnostic services.
• Notifies physicians and family of changes in resident condition and documents thoroughly.
