Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in the United States is seeking a part-time licensed clinician to administer skilled home health care 24 hours per week over four days. Must be licensed in the state and hold CPR certification, with at least one year of professional experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
