Senior Helpers of High Point is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to support our home-care and skilled-nursing services in High Point, NC.

The role involves conducting assessments, developing care plans, delivering skilled nursing care, and maintaining documentation, with supervision of care teams. Part-time/PRN schedule, pay $35.00-$42.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Formación

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Home-care, geriatric, wound-care, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and update care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing services.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
