Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per approved nursing techniques.
• Maintains confidential records of medical and nursing care of residents.
• Assigns daily care duties to Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides and monitors delivery of care.
• Transcribes physician orders accurately and assists with physician visits.
• Participates in resident care planning and responds to residents' needs per protocol.
• Assists with admissions and discharges and supports nursing staff as needed.
