Job summary

BayCare Mease Countryside Hospital is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care with minimal supervision, applying the nursing process and clinical standards.

You will delegate tasks, maintain professional accountability, and promote evidence-based care to support clinical excellence across the team. New Grad RN residency program available; location is Mease Countryside Hospital.

Qualifications

• 6+ months RN experience required.
• Education: Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing. Preferred Bachelor's Nursing.
• New Grad RN or RN student graduating soon may apply to the Clinical Nurse Residency program.

Responsibilities

• Cares for a group of patients with minimum supervision applying the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Is responsible for professional accountability and seeks opportunities to develop.
• Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.
