Qualifications

• Active RN license registered with Wisconsin.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Reliable, accountable, and compassionate caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments and care.
