Eastcastle Place in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will work a PM shift (3:00PM-11:15PM), 24 hours/week, with every other weekend rotations, reporting to the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license for Wisconsin, possess CPR certification, and have experience in long-term care or skilled rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license registered through the State of Wisconsin.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in Long Term Care and Skilled Rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
