Job summary

Good Samaritan in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care using the nursing process across all phases of care. Collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes.

May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff. The role requires a nursing degree and RN licensure with a preference for graduates from accredited programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the state board or multistate licensure.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized resident care.
• Coordinates care with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff.
• Ensures safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolves care concerns.
