Job summary

Cambridge Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Part-time Registered Nurse for the AM shift to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with applicable standards and supervision.

The RN will assess residents, develop care plans, monitor vital signs, administer medications, assist with admissions, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language.
• Ability to use computer or tablet to enter resident data.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and development of resident care plans.
• Ensuring that all nursing care is provided in privacy.
• Checking vital signs.
• Dressing wounds.
• Passing out medications.
• Assisting with admissions.
• Making rounds with physicians.
• Starting IVs.
• Listening to residents and their families.
• Addressing questions/concerns of residents.
• Performing accurate and detailed charting of resident progress notes.
• Providing assistance to LVNs and CNAs.
• Ensuring equipment is in good operating order.
• Monitoring residents that are at risk for falls.
• Collecting lab samples.
