Job summary

Community Access Services is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join as a part-time team member serving Salem and Portland areas. The role focuses on delivering person-centered healthcare to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, adhering to HIPAA policies and CAS procedures, and supporting DSPs across multiple sites.

The RN will collaborate with the ISP team, maintain care plans, and ensure implementations of physician orders.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon RN license in good standing.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Clear and compassionate communicator with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple locations in Marion County.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered healthcare to individuals with IDD.
• Ensure all medical treatments and orders are implemented and monitored as directed.
• Develop and maintain health care plans and medical protocols.
• Collaborate with the ISP team to identify additional healthcare services.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
