Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Identify care needs, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy and provide competent nursing care.
• Perform routine and complex technical procedures in the specialty area.
• Coordinate and prioritize patient care activities according to skill level.
• Adhere to internal controls and reporting structure.
• Perform related duties as required.
