BrightStar Care is seeking a dedicated Part Time RN Case Manager to provide in-home infusion and injection services in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. This flexible role requires availability 3 days a week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with travel within a 30-mile radius.

You would typically case manage 4-5 clients, scheduling visits based on treatment plans and your availability. Join our infusion team and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license required.

BrightStar Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Part Time RN Case Manager to provide in-home infusion and injection services to patients in the Minneapolis and surrounding areas. This flexible position requires availability 3 days a week between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with travel within a 30-mile radius. The ideal candidate would be willing to case manage 4-5 clients. Infusion and injection visits are scheduled based on treatment plans and your availability. Compensation is $70 for 1-hour visits, $50 for the first two hours of longer visits, and $45 per hour thereafter. Mileage pay may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
