Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and update nursing care plans with patient and family input.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and team.
• Direct and supervise nursing staff, ensuring safety and quality care.
• Document admissions, assessments, plans, and interventions in medical records.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordination with the care team.
