Job summary

Gardner & White Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness across our retail and warehouse areas. You will help create a safe, welcoming shopping environment for customers and staff by performing cleaning tasks to high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals.

• Understanding PPE and proper use of cleaning/sanitizing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain retail and warehouse areas, including floors and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors in high-traffic zones.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, fixtures, and displays to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Empty trash and replace liners; monitor supplies and restrooms.
• Follow safety guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
