Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Part Time Lead Retail Trainer to guide merchandisers across our greeting card departments, coordinating training and revisions within a defined area. You will mentor staff, schedule sessions, and support store teams to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Field Manager to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
• Mentor merchandisers, provide feedback, and ensure successful training.
• Train on duties including servicing orders, inventory management, and seasonal duties.
• Build relationships with store personnel to promote the brand.
• Arrange coverage for vacant stores within the area and manage small routes.
