Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, and other devices.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic arithmetic and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service as a cashier.
• Stock shelves and merchandise products according to planograms.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising, cleaning, and maintaining store appearance.
• Identify hazards and help maintain a safe working environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
