Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our Charlotte store. The role supports the Store Manager, leads a small team, and drives daily sales while ensuring excellent customer service and brand standards.

The Team Lead will organize merchandise, manage back stock, assist in training staff, and uphold loss prevention policies while creating a positive work environment for colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff to meet store standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Deliver consistent sales performance and achieve store targets.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock for optimal presentation.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalations.
• Upsell products and accessories to customers when appropriate.
• Uphold the Clarks brand standards and policies.
