Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead for our Pleasanton store. You will support daily operations and guide a small team to sustain excellent customer service and sales performance.

Responsibilities include acting as Manager on Duty when needed, organizing merchandise, coaching staff, receiving shipments, and upholding loss-prevention policies. You will upsell and embody the Clarks brand while maintaining a positive work environment. Physical duties include standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lead and coach team members.
• Flexible schedule for part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the absence of store leadership.
• Deliver consistent sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock.
• Oversee receipt of shipments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Train and coach employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Physical requirements: standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
