Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager.
• Deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensure proper placement.
• Oversee receipts and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service and upsell when appropriate.
• Follow policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a welcoming work environment for colleagues.
