You will handle standard alterations, assist customers, and support store operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The role requires detail-orientation, reliable work ethic, and willingness to work at least 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Efficiently perform standard alterations (hem, waist, seat, sleeves, seams) per guidelines.
• Maintain high-quality finishes with clean stitching and pressed garments.
• Assist customers with measurements and garment fit guidance.
• Work collaboratively with tailors and sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers during fittings and provide tailoring recommendations.
• Prepare garments for alterations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly tag finished items.
• Support inventory and restock tailoring supplies as needed.
