Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a part-time Retail Support Associate to help run daily store operations, maintain a safe, customer-focused, and clean environment. You will perform tasks such as cleaning, merchandising, stocking, and basic food preparation, reporting to the Store Manager and adhering to company policies.

The role emphasizes flexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities for employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Must be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. and occasionally climb ladders.
• Work both indoors and outdoors, with flexibility for physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring a safe customer-focused and clean environment.
• Duties include cleaning, merchandising, stocking, and food preparation.
• Report to the Store Manager and follow United Pacific policies and procedures.
