Job summary

United Pacific is seeking a Sales Associate to support store operations, assist customers, and help maintain a safe, profitable environment. The role involves daily cash handling, stocking, and operating the register and computer systems.

Eligible for medical benefits for full-time staff, with a 90-day performance increase and other perks including 401K, tuition reimbursement, and flexible schedules. Ability to work nontraditional hours is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to work alone in the store for extended periods.
• Must provide proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for at least 8 hours.
• Physically able to lift/push/pull at least 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash handling and customer service duties.
• Assist in operation of store in a safe, customer-focused manner.
• Maintain lighting/fixtures and inventory security.
• Learn to operate a cash register, computer console, and related equipment.
• Report to Store Manager under company policies.
