Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor in El Centro, CA to assist the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving sales targets. You will help manage store operations, maintain visuals, and lead teammates on shift with a positive, professional attitude.

The role requires supervisory experience in apparel retail, strong sales performance, and flexible availability. Occasional travel to other Catalyst locations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in apparel retail.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistics.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other store locations.

Responsibilities

• Support management to achieve sales results.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales.
• Engage customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Be a role model for customer experience.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and supervise in absence of Store Manager.
